Locations:
New York: I work with individuals in-person at 17 The Plaza in Locust Valley, Long Island. Telehealth (Zoom) is also an option in New York.
California: I work with individuals via telehealth (Zoom) in California.
Other states: I work with individuals in a coaching capacity only (via Zoom) in other states.
Fee:
$300 per 45-minute session. I do not take insurance, but I have partnered with Mentaya to help you check your out-of-network benefits to save money on therapy. Use this tool below to see if you qualify for reimbursement for my services.
